Bill held the position of President of the Florida Building Material Association for over a decade.  Bill has successfully recruiting candidates in the LBM Industry for over 10 years. Bill and Terri have developed a deep pool of industry connections and potential candidates.

Terri served for over 10 years as the CFO and Treasurer for Ro-Mac Lumber and Supply, Inc.

Jim is a highly regarded LBM consultant and the founder of the American Association of Round Tables. In 2019 he started LBM Network to address three areas of need for small to mid-size LBM dealers.
